Update Check macro not working

When you click on the “Check for Updates” button on the Welcome worksheet of your software, you get a macro error.
 
First, check to be sure that macros are enabled.  On the Welcome worksheet, click on the Check Macros button.

If macros are not enabled, first resolve this issue.  See other knowledgebase entries specific to macros.

Macintosh users – This feature no longer works on the Mac and has been removed from the latest releases of our products.
