When trying to invoke a RealData product, you may get this message under Excel 2003:
(XXX is the name of the product)
Cannot find the file ‘C:\Program Files\RealData\XXX\XXX.xlt’ (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.
or you may get this message under Excel 2007:
Windows cannot find ‘C:\Program Files\RealData\XXX\XXX.xlt’, Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.
