Occasionally, customers report that they cannot view our video courses. They can login but parts of the course pages are missing and the video frames are empty.
Here are some steps to follow to remedy this issue:
- Clear your browser cache
- Open the video course in a private or incognito window
- Temporarily disable disable any adblocker extensions you may have installed into your browser.
- Try a different browser
- Try a different computer altogether such as a tablet.
- We have had one verified report that Norton Anti-Track will block the video. You will need to disable Norton’s browser extension to watch our video.
Our courses are built on the Teachable platform (teachable.com) so ultimately they may need to assist but we do try to help as much as we can.
