You receive an error message saying “Could not find rdpdfutil in the installation folder” when trying to print to PDF on your Mac computer.
Solution:
On the Mac, our software relies on the presence of our PDF printer file called “rdpdfutil” in the default install folder for the software.
So, for example, if you are printing from REIA Pro v18, this program expects to find the rdpdfutil file in the Applications > REIA Professional v18 folder. You can move your analysis files to other locations but at least this one file needs to remain in this precisely named folder.
A simple reinstall might be the best way to solve this matter. Otherwise, you need to recreate the correct folder within Applications and copy over the rdpdfutil file to it.
