There are two ways to obtain updates:
(1) Login to your customer account at realdata.com. Click on the link to “Order History” Here you will see a list of your orders. Use the “Download” links on the right side to access your serial number and installer file for your products. (Note: On some occasions, you may need to refresh the browser if you get a warning about cookies not accepted.)
(2) Windows users can click on the “Check for Updates” button on the Welcome worksheet of their product. If an update is available, a button will display which will allow you to download the latest release of the current version.

If you have a CD, note that the release on the disk may very well be out of date. You can install from the CD but you should compare the installed build to the latest release on our builds page. Consider installing from files downloaded from your customer account instead.
