- For some, but not all, users, PDF printing on the Mac when using Office 365 will result in blank PDF reports. This is an Excel bug that appears to be specific to Office 365 on the Mac. For Mac customers, we recommend the “perpetual license” products such as Office 2019 or Office 2021.
- At least some users will not be able to add pictures to printed reports in our REIA products. It’s a documented Excel bug.
- Some users may open a RealData product on Excel 2016 / Office 365 on their Macs and find broken images on the Welcome worksheet. This is an Excel bug but does not affect the function of the software.
- You need to be sure you are running the latest release of Excel. Note that Office/Excel does not update itself along with Apple’s main software updating. You need to open Excel and in the top Excel menu over on the right, click on Help then Click on Check for Updates. If you have not updated in some time, you may need to run through the updating process more than once.
